Standard Maintenance Agreement
DigitalShipper's Standard Maintenance Agreement gives you annual coverage including carrier compliance updates, carrier rate changes, new features and enhancements, unlimited phone and email support with our help desk and the tools to connect to your systems remotely. Our support team can perform software upgrades to your test and production environments, update plug-ins with your latest code changes and customizations, configure new carriers or features, and provide on-going training for your system administrators and personnel.
Live Support Team
When you call for technical support, your call will be answered by a live attendant who can quickly assess the help you need and get you to the right support team specialist. All support specialists are highly trained in software installation, setup, configuration, training, custom business rules integrated through the DigitalShipper Plug-In Architecture, carrier compliance, and general IT knowledge.
Our remote access capabilities to both server and workstations make it easy to diagnosis and resolve issues as if you had a technician on-site and in person. Whether we are answering a simple question or working through a complicated issue, you can be assured that our support specialists will be able to satisfy your needs.
We offer event-driven support plans that provide 24/7 support, peak/seasonal support, and special support hours that may be needed for system upgrades or just that extra insurance to know you have someone available when you need it. Help Desk for after hours, 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends, and holiday coverage must be scheduled in advance.
