Our website uses standard server logs and basic analytics to understand site usage. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels or third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use what you share to prepare your demo, respond to your inquiries, provide you with information about our products, and follow up with you directly. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share what you share with third parties for marketing purposes.

Customer data in our products

For DigitalShipper Cloudbox customers, your operational data lives on a dedicated virtual machine on Azure cloud infrastructure. We do not access your data except for support requests you initiate. For on-premise Enterprise customers, your data lives entirely in your own infrastructure.
