Standard Support
Standard DigitalShipper Support is available between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday excluding holidays (see list below).
After Hours Support
If you contact us after 5:00 PM CST via phone or email, we will follow up with you the following business day. If you have an extended support plan engaged with us, please refer to the instructions provided by your DigitalShipper account manager for contacting our support team after hours.
