Shipment Receiving)
DigitalShipper CSR
tracks inbound shipments from the receiving location to the
actual recipient. Visibility extends into your organization
to ensure time-sensitive shipments are delivered efficiently
and accurately. DigitalShipper CSR is comprised of the following
features:
- Access the application from a web browser or any compatible
mobile device
- Record shipment arrival, condition and set approximate
delivery time
- Automatically email an arrival notification to the recipient
when a shipment enters the system
- Assign unique shipment identifiers and print internal
delivery labels
- Scan and recognize common carrier tracking numbers
- Route shipments by building, department, floor, room,
mail stop, or employee
- Create internal delivery routes to efficiently deliver
shipments
- Require recipient’s signatures upon delivery
- Automatically email a delivery confirmation to the shipper
when shipment is delivered to the recipient
- Bundle multiple packages and shipments for single delivery
to recipient
- Provide clerical accountability based on whom received,
delivered and signed for the shipment
- Perform and track inter-office pickup and delivery
- Store, search and view shipment details
- Generate a variety of standard reports including delivery
manifest, route map, damaged shipments, refused shipments,
returned shipments, and delivery time analysis
- Notify the system of expected shipments and exact delivery
instructions
- Set recipient’s preference to allow for shipment
pickup or delivery
