Audit customers pay both an upfront fee for deployment and an ongoing annual license fee for access and support. DigitalAudit provides detailed reports for general accounting, operational purposes and financial analysis.
Customer Service (Tracking) - DigitalAudit’s customer service function provides companies with the ability to track packages from multiple carriers through one unified online interface. Packages can be tracked from the time the order is entered until the package is delivered, as well as provide automated notices of delivery failures or other exceptions. Customer service customers pay both an upfront fee for deployment and an ongoing annual license fee for access and support. The customer service function can be purchased as a stand-alone application.
Bill Pay - Electronically process payment billing to the appropriate carrier
DigitalAudit’s bill pay function provides companies with the ability to enter into direct electronic bill pay with the carrier if the company has not yet done this. Bill pay customers pay an ongoing annual license fee for access and support. Bill Pay is only available to companies using the audit function.

Reports can be run automatically and gaining access to compiled reports is as simple as a few mouse clicks.
